The Lazy Girl’s Way to Pack for Business Trips

I don’t know about you, but I hate packing. Hate it. I’m constantly wondering if my carry on is going to fit on the plane, if they’re going to search it and pull out everything that I’ve stuffed in there only to have me restuff it after I get the green light. I hate deciding what to bring, what to leave home and worse yet, I hate living out of a box and carrying that beast with me.

In an ideal world I wouldn’t have to pack at all and my clothes would just magically arrive at my destination.

And seriously, if someone steals this business idea, just do it and give me 15 percent.

So if you’re like me and you detest packing as much as I do, you’ll be happy the Ruby, Inc. crew found this post on Pinterest that shows you how to pack 30 outfits for any business trip with around 14 items. They’re sure to fit on the plane in a single carry on. Viola!

Now, if someone would only solve the problem of unpacking and washing all the clothes when you get home… but that’s a tale for another day.

Need help whittling down your wardrobe so you don’t have so many choices?

What a helpful, inspiring chart! I think I need to use this for my day-to-day work in additon to my travels. 14 pieces making 30 outfits sounds too good to be true, but I think I will be using this as a template for our trip to Europe this summer, swapping out a few more formal pieces for some casual ones.
